Return Policy – Hillary S.r.l.

1. Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal

Purchases made on the website www.hillary.it are reserved exclusively for professional buyers with a valid VAT number.
As such, the right of withdrawal under the Consumer Code for private customers does not apply.

Color sample charts are physical samples and, as specified in the Terms and Conditions, are not returnable.

2. Defective or Non-Conforming Products

In case of manufacturing defects or non-conformities with the order, the Buyer must notify Hillary in writing at ilaria@hillary.it within 3 business days of delivery, attaching photographic documentation.

Hillary will, at its sole discretion:

• replace the non-conforming product, or

• refund the corresponding amount using the same payment method as the original transaction.

3. Conditions for Return Acceptance

A return may only be authorized in the cases provided under Section 2 and will be accepted exclusively if:

• the products are intact and unused;

• they are properly packaged for transport;

• the return has been previously authorized by Hillary.

⚠️ Unauthorized returns or those sent after the allowed period will not be accepted.

4. Return Costs

If the return is due to an error by Hillary or to a defective product, the return shipping costs will be borne by Hillary.
In all other cases, no return or refund is allowed.
